درایور DRV8825 چیست؟

ماژول درایور استپر موتور DRV8825 یک درایور میکرو استپ برای استپر موتورهای دو قطبی است. این ماژول دارای پین خروجی و اینترفیس که تقریبا برابر برد درایور استپر A4988 است که می تواند در بالاترین سطح عملکرد جایگزینی مناسب برای این برد در بسیاری از پروژه ها باشد.

درایور DRV8825 ویژگی‌هایی همچون محدودیت جریان قابل تنظیم، حفاظت حرارتی و اضافه جریان و 6 میکرو استپ رزولوشن دارد (1/32 استپ). این ماژول در محدوده 8.2 تا 45 ولت کار کرده و بدون هیت سینک تا جریان 1.5 آمپر را به خوبی تامین می‌کند. با استفاده از هیت سینک مناسب می‌توان جریان 2.2 آمپر برای هر کویل را تامین کرد.

این درایور ها در رباتیک و پرینتر های سه بعدی کاربرد ویژه ای دارند.

در هر بسته وکیوم این درایور، یک عدد هیت سینک نیز موجود است.

This product is a carrier board or breakout board for TI’s DRV8825 stepper motor driver; we therefore recommend careful reading of theDRV8825 datasheet (1MB pdf) before using this product. This stepper motor driver lets you control one bipolar stepper motor at up to 2.2 A output current per coil (see the Power Dissipation Considerations section below for more information).
