کیت هات اند CR10  چیست؟

این محصول یکی از مهمترین قطعات و لوازم یدکی در پرینتر های سه بعدی با تکنولوژی FDM, FFF می باشد. کیت هات اند CR10 وظیفه ذوب کردن فیلامنت و در نهایت خروج فیلامنت ذوب شده بر روی سطح را دارد.

با استفاده از این محصول می توان به راحتی و بدون دردسر پرینت کرد زیرا امکان چاپ سریعتر، با کیفیت، پایدار و بدون خطر را برای پرینترهای سه بعدی KEYTEC, CR10, ENDER3 را فراهم می کند.

این محصول شامل ترمیستور، هیتر، محفظه آلومینیومی، هیت سینک و نازل می باشد.

کیت هات اند دارای قطعات مختلفی می باشد که مشخصات آن به صورت زیر است:

• جنس مواد: آلومینیوم
• ترمیستور: 100K NTC B 3950 به طول یک متر
• هیتر: 12ولتی به طول یک متر
• نازل: به قطر 0.5 میلیمتر
• ابعاد مجفظه آلومینیومی: 20*20*10 میلیمتر
• مناسب برای فیلامنت های به قطر 1.75 میلیمتر

By installing thin stainless steel tubes inside the cooling block, heat can be dissipated faster while providing excellent thermal insulation between the heater and the cooling block. According to tests, the effect is the same as the crazy hot end, and it can print perfectly for PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU and other materials. For the aluminum heat sink, it means that the hot end can be lighter
• This is a drop in All Metal Conversion kit for KEYTEC, CR-10 and Ender 3, series printers. It requires absolute zero modification of the printer to install.
• The nozzle material is brass to keep good thermal conductivity.
• Nozzle: 0.4mm for 1.75mm filament use
• Heater: 12V 1meter long
• Thermistor : NTC 100K 3950 Under 260 degree (If you want to use this hot end for higher temperature, you can replace this thermistor with high temperature temperature sensor, then this hot end can support temperature higher than 260 degree).
